GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I go about ordering a cake?
We recommend that you place your order as soon as possible. A minimum of one week notice is best in order to provide you with a specific flavor or design. We are sometimes available on less notice. The weekend is particularly busy, so please place your order early!

We encourage you to come by or send us invitations, pictures, and images to help design your cake. 

Each cake is uniquely designed and priced according to size, flavor, filling, artwork, and complexity of design. Please contact us for specific quotes.

Can I just walk in to place an order?
We are happy for you to walk in to place special occasion cakes only. If you would like a wedding, sculpted, or Groom's cake, please call for an appointment.

Do you ship cakes?
At this time, we are unable to ship our wedding cakes. We have shipped a few occasion cakes. Please be aware that they must be shipped overnight with special packaging, including dry ice. 

Can you cater to dietary restrictions?
At this time, we are unable to provide sugar or gluten free cakes. We are also unable to provide baked goods for those with severe allergies.

How much are your sculpted cakes?
We create sculpted cake design from simple outlines to intricate, dimensional replicas. Because each cake is uniquely created for you, we are unable to provide on the spot quotes for sculpted cakes. We can tell you that because of the labor and preparation time spent on sculpted cakes, they are priced along a scale similar to that of a wedding cake. Please contact us for more details.

WEDDING CAKES

How much are your wedding cakes?
Because each cake is uniquely created for you, we are unable to provide on the spot quotes for wedding cakes. However, the minimum serving size for a wedding cake is 45 and starts at around $250. Some decorative elements are included in our base cake pricing. Custom designs require extra time and preparation and are subject to a slightly higher pricing scale.

Full estimates, including sales tax, delivery, and fees are provided with a consultation. Consultations with tastings are reserved for wedding and occasion cakes, estimated at a minimum $250 or more.

How do I order a wedding cake?
Please call or e-mail us to make an appointment for a wedding cake consultation. There is a form on the website to request additional information.

We recommend you schedule as far in advance as possible to be certain your date is available. While we encourage brides to book early, it is our policy to schedule consultations no more than one year in advance. We are unable to schedule an appointment if you have not chosen a wedding date. We cannot guarantee our availability if we do not know your date.

Our dates book on a first come, first paid, basis. We require a non refundable deposit to secure your date. The price is applied toward the price of your cake. Your date is not confirmed or guaranteed until we receive a deposit. More specific policies and procedures are available for review in our Terms and Conditions. We are happy to send you a copy.

What should I expect during a wedding cake consultation?
During your one hour session, you will view our albums, choose a custom design for your wedding cake or choose from the designs we have.

You will have a cake tasting. This tasting is meant to provide you with sampling of our quality and taste. There is an average availability of 6 of our popular flavors. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, however we cannot guarantee availability.

Our albums and website will provide you with examples of our work.  Each of our featured cakes was created specifically for each client.  You are not limited to these designs, and we encourage special requests and custom designs.

You may want to bring your invitation, a photo of your dress, other cake photos, photos of your attendants' attire, and reception photo ideas.

Please call or e-mail to schedule an appointment time and date. Saturday appointments are very popular. If you would like a Saturday appointment, please call as soon as possible for the best availability. A month or more is generally best. We are dedicated to helping you create a very special cake for your once in a lifetime event!
